How to Obtain a Charter License?

About the Rental License in Turkey

All 39 meters and above foreign flagged, commercially registered boats are required to obtain a Turkish Charter License in order to sail in Turkish waters.

The rental license is subject to fees set by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and can be issued for a minimum period of 10 days up to 30 days or longer from a specific date.

If you provide the following documents for the application, we can complete the application within “7 working days” and receive your Lease License.
